Preparation Procedure:

  1. Right on the work surface, sift flour, make a recess in the hill, into which we introduce a broken egg.
  2. We hang the water with salt until completely dissolved, then pour it into the hole with the egg. Knead the soft dough, wrap it in cellophane and leave for half an hour.
  3. At this time, prepare the filling. We wash the cherries, let the water drain, rid the berries of the bones. Cottage cheese mix with sugar, semolina and vanilla.
  4. Roll out the dough with a thin layer, cut out circles with a cup of suitable diameter, put some cottage cheese stuffing in each one, and put 2 cherries on top. Then we close the dumpling, pinching the edges.

Ingredients Required:

  • 170 ml of kefir;
  • 1 egg;
  • ½ tsp salts;
  • 3 tbsp. flour;
  • 1 tsp. soda;
  • 60 ml grow. oils
  • 2 tbsp. cherries;
  • 100 g of sugar;

Stages of cooking:

  1. In a clean bowl, mix the kefir, butter, 20 g of sugar, salt, egg. To mix all the ingredients thoroughly, mix with a spoon.
  2. Pour the flour, sifted on a fine-mesh sieve, soda, into a separate bowl, mix them and pour them on the table.
  3. Make a well, pour in the liquid component and start kneading our dough. The resulting lump should be soft and uniform.
  4. Put the dough under the plastic for half an hour in the fridge while we are doing the filling.
  5. We wash the cherry, release it from the bones.
  6. Put the cooled dough on a floured table, divide it into pieces suitable for rolling.
  7. From each piece roll out a thin layer, cut circles with a glass. Remnants of the residue again and roll out.
  8. In each circle lay a few cherries, on top of a little sugar. We form the product.
  9. Put a saucepan with salted water and a dense layer of gauze fixed on it on the stove. After boiling on gauze lay out dumplings.

The cooking process lasts about 6 minutes, after which we shift the finished yummy to the plate with the help of a skimmer, generously grease with butter or sour cream.

Cherry dumpling recipe on kefir

If there is kefir in the refrigerator, then you can make very tender cherry dumplings.

Before use, kefir should warm up naturally to room temperature.

Ingredients Required:

  • 300-320 g of flour;
  • 1 tbsp. kefir;
  • 1 egg;
  • to ½ tsp salt and soda;
  • 450 g cherries;
  • 70 grams of sugar.

The order of cooking dumplings on kefir dough:

  1. Sift flour, filling it with oxygen, add salt, soda.
  2. In the middle we form a depression, break an egg and add a cold kefir.
  3. Knead tight, but elastic dough, not sticky to the palms.
  4. Cover with polyethylene, hide in the fridge for half an hour.

Delicious cherry dumplings on custard dough

    The recipe is super. Only after mixing I add a little (approximately a teaspoon) of vegetable oil to the dough, then the dough does not stick to the hands at all.
