  • Baking flour - 800 g
  • Milk - 150 g.
  • Drinking water - 100 g
  • Chicken egg - 1 pc.
  • Beet sugar - 2 teaspoons.
  • Table salt - a teaspoon.
  • Dry yeast - a teaspoon.
  • Sunflower oil - 50 g.
  • List of garlic products:
  • Garlic - 3-4 teeth.
  • Table salt - a teaspoon.
  • Vegetable oil - 50 grams.

The sequence of cooking pampushkas with garlic:

1. Take a deep bowl. Sift flour into it.

2. In a bowl of sifted flour, send sugar and salt and dry yeast. Mix all ingredients with a spatula.

3. In a homogeneous mixture of dry products, break the egg.

4. Pour milk and water into the same bowl.

5. Slowly knead the thick dough. In a bowl with the finished dough, pour in vegetable oil. Good knead the dough so that the oil is absorbed into it. Leave the dough warm for an hour. It should increase in volume.

6. Spread the dough with your hands into equal balls. Take a glass container for baking. Lubricate the dishes from the inside with vegetable oil. Put the balls. Send the dishes with prepared donuts to the oven heated to 180 degrees. Bake all 30 minutes.

7. Prepare a watering for donuts. Garlic grate finely. In a bowl of garlic gruel add salt and pour the oil. Well mix everything up.

8. Finished pampushkas generously smear garlic pouring. Submit pampushki on the table.

How to cook Ukrainian pampushki with garlic without yeast

It is clear that the classic dough for pampushkas are cooked with leaps and bounds, suits for a long time, requires a lot of time, attention and calmness. What to do to those who do not have all this, and yeast is contraindicated? The answer is simple - bake pampushki on kefir.


  • Premium wheat flour - from 2 glasses.
  • Soda - 1 tsp. (extinguished with vinegar).
  • Milk - 150 ml.
  • Salt - 0.5 tsp.
  • Refined vegetable oil - 80 ml.
  • Garlic and dried herbs.

Algorithm of actions:

  1. Cooking technology is primitive. Mix the flour first with salt, dried herbs.
  2. Add crushed or finely chopped garlic to the mixture, as well as quenched soda.
  3. Now in the middle make a small indentation. Pour milk and vegetable oil into it.
  4. Knead the dough soft but sticky.
  5. From it to form with the help of a rolling pin layer, rather thick - about 3 cm.
  6. Using ordinary glasses or glasses cut circles.

It is known that pampushkas are made from yeast dough, but for beginner housewives, recipes are simpler, where soda and yeast are used instead of yeast and milk. Garlic can be added to the dough before baking, or you can make “Garlic Salamour”: a sauce that can be used to grease the already made buns.


  • Sugar - 1 tbsp. l
  • Dry yeast - 7 gr. (bag).
  • Salt - 0.5 tsp.
  • Kefir - 1 tbsp.
  • Vegetable oil - 2-3 tbsp. l
  • Chicken eggs - 2 pcs. (1 pc. - for kneading dough, 1 pc. For lubricating the buns before baking).
  • Flour - 1.5–2 tbsp.

Algorithm of actions:

  1. Dissolve the yeast in kefir, add the egg, mix well.
  2. Pour salt, sugar, pour in vegetable oil.
  3. Add flour slowly. Knead the elastic, not very cool dough.
  4. Keep warm for lifting. With increasing volume, press down (repeat the procedure several times).
  5. Heat the oven. Pan grease with butter.
  6. Divide the dough into identical small pieces. Form them neat round pampushki.
  7. Put on a warm baking sheet. Writing warm again.
  8. Put in a hot oven and bake.
  9. To make salamur, chop 3-5 cloves of garlic, combine with 50 ml of vegetable oil and finely chopped dill.

In the garlic salamur dip the finished hot pampushkas, leave under the lid until cool, then serve to the table.

Garlic dumplings in 20 minutes - a very quick recipe

Dumplings on yeast require a lot of time, because the dough must be approached several times. In addition, the necessary conditions must be ensured - the absence of drafts, warmth, a good mood of the cook, calm and joy in the house. Well, if all this is, but what if, for example, there is no time? Find a suitable recipe for where to reach the final goal and start a tasting in just one third of an hour.


  • Flour - 3 tbsp.
  • Dry yeast - 1 pack.
  • The water is heated, but not hot - 1 tbsp.
  • Sugar - 1 tbsp. l
  • Salt - on the tip of a knife.
  • Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. l

Algorithm of actions:

  1. Combine water and oil in containers of sufficient size, add yeast, salt, and sugar there.
  2. Then gradually pour the previously sifted flour.
  3. When the dough begins to lag behind the hands, the addition of flour can be stopped.
  4. Divide the dough into small equal portions. Each piece of dough molded in the form of a ball.
  5. Heat the oven. Pan grease.
  6. Put on it pampushki, leaving space between products, as they increase in size.
  7. Keep the pan warm (for proofing dough).
  8. Bake (time will take very little).
